An act to protect Viennes from potentially dangerous persons who may be influenced by the radical views of their homeland

While not all Bhikkustanis within the nation are dangerous, picking out the ones that are, is a nearly impossible task. Therefore, to benefit the entire nation and protect the general populace, all Bhikkustanis must bare the burden of their fellow peers. Until Surevi halts his radical, extremist actions, and attempts to brainwash others, this law will remain active. I, Victoire Antoinette, Dauphine of the Plutocracy of Vioraux, establish the following.

1. The Suspension Of Level 2 and above citizen rights (protection from unwarranted search and seizure, the right to own a firearm, free and unrestricted travel, right to a fair trial, right to a speedy trial, right to a jury trial, right to privacy protection when online, right to privacy protection when in public, protection from unwarranted arrests, protection from cruel and unusual punishment, public display of religion, right to vote, right to apply for office, and protection from employment exploitation.) for all Bhikkustani's within Vioraux.
   
   
2. Any additions to this act may be made at anytime.
   
   
3. Enforcing this act is the duty of local authorities who may not interpret but instead following it word for word.
